LDC Code of Conduct_2025

All LDC employees need to complete the LDC Code of Conduct annually. This is part of the 2025 campaign.The LDC Code of Conduct is more than a set of rules; it is the Group’s commitment to a set of business conduct standards that support our mission, values, and culture. This course is a mandatory employee training module that presents a set of ethical principles and responsible behaviours that all employees are expected to display and practice. From leadership to management, heads of platforms and support functions play a crucial role in fostering an ethical, inclusive, and safe working culture at LDC. Topics covered include our company values, Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE), Equal Employment Opportunities, Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Communication, Trade Compliance, and Intellectual Property Protection.This course is available in 12 languages (English, Bahasa Indonesia, Bulgarian, Dutch, Hindi, French, Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish, Ukrainian, German, and Vietnamese) and will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.IMPORTANT: The course includes a final test, and you must achieve a minimum score of 80% to pass. After successfully finalizing the test, please close the course tab to exit the course. The course will then automatically update its status. Please note that the status change can take a few minutes.
